The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city.The free takeaway coffee was a nice touch, allowing me to kickstart my mornings without having to rush for breakfast. Despite a slight hiccup with the radiator on the first night, the staff's prompt assistance quickly resolved the issue, showcasing their dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. Being able to leave my bags at reception before check-in time was convenient and added to the overall positive experience at the hotel.In conclusion, Hotel Scala Frankfurt City Centre exceeded my expectations with its excellent service, prime location, and comfortable accommodations.
